New Website FAQ
Please note: Some issues are being encountered with the production cutover (5th Dec). SAL and APT are working on these with priority. If there are periods where you cannot access our website, please try again later. Apologies, and we are doing our best to minimise disruption.
Question: Why don't drop-down menus work on my iPhone/iPad?
Answer: This is most likely because pop-ups are blocked on your iPhone/iPad.
To unblock pop-ups in Safari on an iPad/iPhone, go to Settings, select "Safari" and then uncheck the "Block Pop-ups" switch.
Q: Can we have our own club's scrolling pictures on the Homepage?
A: SAL advise that this isn't available initially from 5th December, but they expect it to be available in early 2014.
Q: Can we have our own background for the website?
A: SAL advise that this isn't available initially from 5th December, but they expect it to be available in early 2014.
Q: Can we have some information on the Club website restricted to only MLC Aquatic members?
A: SAL/APT advise that the "Member login" and security functions aren't initially available but will be available in 2014.
Q: Can we change the layout of the Home page, for example to show the twitter feed in the bottom right hand corner?
A: The basic layout of the Homepage is as set by SAL/APT.
Q: Can I still access the old site?
A: No. IMG have terminated access.
